Questions, answered

Do I need any technical skills?

No. If you can use WhatsApp, you can use Eurika. Fill in a form, upload photos, and press Save. Everything works from your phone.

What is my website address?

You choose it when you sign up, for example dapurkaknab.eurika.tech. It's yours for as long as your plan is active.

Can I use my own domain, like mybusiness.com?

Yes, on the Business plan. Contact us and we'll set it up for you.

How do my customers order or book?

Every item on your price list has a WhatsApp button. It opens a chat with you, with a message already written (for example "I'd like to book: Haircut & wash (RM35)"). You reply and confirm as usual. On Pro you can also turn on a booking calendar: customers pick a free day and time themselves, you confirm or decline in one tap, and they get an email. No double bookings.

What if I don't know what to write?

You only need one or two sentences about your business. Eurika picks a look and writes your tagline, About and services for you. You can change every word later.

Can customers pay on my website?

Yes, if you choose the online shop (My Kedai): customers order and pay on your website, then pickup or delivery. If you prefer, keep the default, where orders and bookings arrive on your WhatsApp. You can switch any time.

What are Growth tools?

An optional add-on for RM10/month, on any plan. Customer reviews and a Google review button on your site, a WhatsApp order basket, downloads of your enquiries and bookings, and a chat assistant that answers customers from your own price list and details, then sends them to your WhatsApp when it is not sure. The assistant has a monthly message limit, and the free trial includes a smaller taste of it.

What happens after the free month?

Choose Basic (RM20) or Pro (RM50) and pay from your dashboard with FPX, TNG eWallet or DuitNow. If you pay during the trial, your paid month starts when the trial ends, so you don't lose any days.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Plans are paid month by month, with no contract. Just don't renew.

Will my site show up on Google?

Every site is set up for search engines with a proper title, description and business details. How high you rank depends on Google, but sharing your link widely helps.
