Terms and Conditions for Eurika (or Eurika.tech)

1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing and using Eurika (or Eurika.tech), you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

2. User Eligibility a. Age Requirement: To use Eurika (or Eurika.tech), you must either be 18 years of age or older or have obtained parental/guardian permission to use the platform. b. Parental/Guardian Permission: If you are under the age of 18, you confirm that you have obtained the necessary permission from your parent or legal guardian to access and use Eurika (or Eurika.tech).

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of Eurika (or Eurika.tech). b. We do not endorse or take responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or quality of user-generated content.
